Is Free really free?+
Yes. No trial, no credit card. Import, all core metrics, calendar, day view and your full journal stay free – for 1 trading account.
Which platforms are supported?+
Tradovate via direct connection, plus CSV exports from Tradovate, NinjaTrader and Rithmic R|Trader. More platforms are coming.
Are my credentials safe?+
Broker credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only on the server and never sent to your browser.
What does the break-even range do?+
A −$3 trade caused by slippage isn't a real loss. In Pro you set a range (e.g. −$10 to +$10); those trades then count as break-even and stop distorting win rate, profit factor and streaks – retroactively.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes, with one click in the customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and your data is kept.
What happens to my accounts if I cancel?+
Nothing is deleted. Existing accounts and trades stay – you just can't add more while you're above the Free limit of 1.
